We stayed here last week during fall break for our wedding/honeymoon. The entire building was always clean and there was always someone available at the front desk if needed. We used the beach service for chairs and umbrellas and they were all very friendly. Our condo was super clean and had more than enough towels and paper products for the two of us. We used the weight room and the equipment could use an upgrade, but overall it was not bad.

Me and 8 members of my family stayed 9\20-9\24. We had the best time this week. Everything was super clean, and plenty of room for all of us. The only problems we had was. One room the ceiling fan did not work, TV in the other bedroom didn't work. But other then those few minor maintenance issues it was perfect. Great location, and easy access to the beach. If your looking for a nice place for your family look no further. We're already planning a trip to return next year.

We loved the condo 602. Had plenty of space for our large family. Enjoyed the amenities of the entire resort. Right on the beach. Close to shopping and restaurants. Security and parking were always available for any needs.

Great location, very nice, spacious room. Lots of amenities. Within walking distance of many things. The downside was the elevator is SO slow, too many people at one place, resort is too big for me, having over 500 condos in all. Will stay elsewhere next time.

We really enjoyed our time at this resort. Rooms were as pictured. Spacious, clean, and accommodating. We had a couple issues with the air conditioning and water constantly running in the toilets. Staff were prompt in fixing the issues when they were brought up. We came a little after peak season....and therefore didn't have any issues with the elevators or getting one like some mentioned in some online forums. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Stayed in 2208. Great views of Gulf of Mexico! Location is alright but be ready to walk half a mile or more to the fun things . Great bar ppl! The steam room in women’s bathroom isn’t working. I did tell someone at the resort. Some of the hot tubs wasn’t working well either. The indoor pool needs to be heated up more. The elevators are slow during peek times! I would definitely stay here again!

This place is an absolute disaster, it’s easier to come by gold than an elevator. Not to mention got stuck on one for 30 minutes with my wife and my emotional support animal who is a retired military working animal. No A/C in stairs. Are beds in our rooms were covered in sand and blood on the sheets when we got there. The employees aren’t very friendly and no help. Way over priced for what you’re getting. They have been having elevator issues for a while apparently and my sister with Down syndrome was with us and can’t do stairs and there is no accommodation to be made for people with disabilities. The walkways, stairways and elevators all smelt like hot butt so over cleanliness was terrible. 10/10 do not recommend. The place should be absolutely shut down down because of the train wreck it is. They are against so many building and business codes it’s not even funny. I’m only giving it one star because it’s making me do it to post this review.

Beautiful resort hotel w/ 2 outside pools 2 hot tubs 1 large indoor pool, arcade and theater. Fully equipped gym w/ spa area. The resort restaurant waves had very limited menu items due to it being “end of season”. Plenty of covered parking.
